As the Executive Director of North Shore Wellness Services, I help facilitate all aspects of the practice, from connecting people with appropriate therapists, to overseeing the continuing education program, to conducting research on the practice and process of healing. It is with great pleasure that I help to support and encourage a change process for our clients that can include services for the mind, body, and spirit.

I currently hold rank in Northwestern's Department of Medicine, contributing primarily to the education of medical students, I previously served at the Searle Center for Teaching Excellence, working with faculty from all across the campus to improve their teaching and students' learning.

I provide interactive lectures, workshops, and retreats that run the spectrum of personal and professional development. As a cognitive scientist, I can offer expertise in the areas of teaching and presentation skills, human learning, change management, personality types, and both personal & professional communication. As a therapist and healer, I can address issues such as healing trauma, conflict resolution, living *the secret*, compassionate parenting, and a host of other topics in the areas of personal growth and spirituality.
